The hotel's location is in the center of this city and is accessible to most places by metered taxi for only PP230-250. The hotel facilities were complete, including a functional refrigerator, sink, and counter next to the door, making it easy to store our belongings. The staff were accommodating and attended to our requests quickly. We enjoyed the well-maintained cleanliness of the room.
Can't fault this property in any way.

The food was surprisingly nice, the suite was spacious and clean and service was good.
The lifts where slow, there where ants getting in the bin, there was no tin/bottle opener the cutlery was very poor and miss matched and the lock on the balcony door was broken, no washing soap for cleaning dishes and cups ect.

We were surprised the amenities are complete. The room was cozy and very relaxing for a weekend getaway. Room was quiet and we felt the privacy inside it. I like the bed. It's not that soft and not too hard either. Very comfy.
However, we just don't appreciate that housekeeping barged in our room even if we haven't checked out yet. The room was a no smoking room but when you go out in the hallway, you can smell the cigarette smoke which might be coming from the other room.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The location, although it is in the heart of the bustling night district, is convenient and vibrant, with plenty of options for dining and entertainment just steps away. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that your needs are met during your stay.
All was satisfactory.

Room service and housekeeping staff were very efficient and friendly...I Would hire any one of them!
Room service: while the food was very good, it was a little frustrating. The pancakes are accompanied by only one-third to one-fourth as much syrup as an average eater would like (in my opinion). Also, room service meals come with no napkins or utensils. Guests are supposed to use the utensils provided in the kitchen of each room. However, the 'hotel' does not provide any dishwashing detergent for cleaning those utensils, nor dish towels for drying them. -- Miscellaneous: if you sit on the sofa, in front of the tv, be prepared to be frozen by the aircon unit. As with every other hotel in this country, the Internet service is a rip- off...incredibly expensive for mediocre speed. --There are two small elevators for a very busy building: when I was checking out, it literally took me 16 minutes to get from the 18th floor to reception. -- Water pressure in the shower was inadequate

Good nightlife close by.
The hotel looks old and run-down, as do the rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. The high floors and balconies offered great views of the surrounding area. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities were all present. The breakfast was also impressive with a good variety to choose from.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

I came to Metro Manila for treatment. I had chosen this hotel because it was the cheapest hotel in the area since the clinic where I underwent my treatment was located nearby.
I don't think it's worth being 3 stars and there was no hot water during my staying and no breakfast even a set breakfast.

The place is very accessible. You can walk at night to go to Glorietta Malls, Greenbelt, The Landmark malls. It is also walking distance from the hotel to the Ayala Triangle. At night, you can also go and see bars and pubs... There is also a shop nearby where you can buy goods and small items you need. I got also upgraded to deluxe room! The view is really amazing!
I actually do not like the smell of the lobby. Quite dark lobbies too...

Great location near malls and restaurants, Friendly security, Sports Bar next door, Accessible to Ayala Center, Reasonable rates.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The best thing about the hotel is that it is located in Makati and priced fairly competitively. But, you will only like the location if you want to be around the over-priced nightclub scene in Makati.
The rooms were not in good shape...a little dirty and very run-down. The shower in my bathroom hardly worked. The rooms are spartan and just barely comfortable. Also, if you're on one of the top floors, you're going to hate the two very slow elevators. You will typically wait 5-10 mins to catch elevators down to the lobby

It's location
When I arrived at 6 am in the morning, they wanted to charge me 1250 pesos for early arrival. Check in time is 2 pm. I asked how they got this figure and he said it was 1/2 the daily rate. I told him that I paid 40 usd and the half rate is approximately 750 pesos, after a discussion he agreed to charge only 1000 pesos. Upon arrival he wanted my credit card to charge the room. I thought I paid you guys the room already. But they ended up charging me for the 2 nights I hope I have not be double charged.

I was pleasantly surprised by the well-maintained rooms, equipped with a convenient kitchenette and all the basic amenities one could need. The location, although in a busy area, offers a unique experience with the vibrant atmosphere of nearby establishments. Moreover, I was delighted to find that the hotel provided breakfast, allowing me to start the day off right.
Everything went smoothly.
